Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical maintenance of bowling lanes, arcade/video games, VR equipment, and other FEC attractions.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, and control-system issues in gaming and bowling equipment.
- Monitor machine breakdowns, identify recurring issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise and guide technicians in daily maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service providers for technical support, repairs, and spare parts.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, machine checklists, breakdown reports, and technical records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of AMF bowling systems, scoring systems, pinsetters, ball returns, arcade machines, redemption games, and VR equipment.
- Monitor spare parts and maintenance inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, equipment safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Support new machine installation, testing, commissioning, and relocation when required.
- Analyze maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved equipment performance.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and control systems.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting arcade and entertainment equipment.
- Good understanding of bowling equipment and maintenance systems.
- Strong team supervision and vendor coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage breakdowns and maintenance activities under operational pressure.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from Family Entertainment Centers, Bowling, Arcade, Gaming, Amusement Parks, Multiplexes, Hospitality, or similar technical operations will be preferred.
