All play cards, credits, tickets, and offers are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Play cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced cards are the sole responsibility of the customer. A replacement card may be issued on payment of the applicable replacement fee.
3. The play card can be used at all participating Amoeba outlets in India unless otherwise specified. Credits, tickets, offers, and promotional packages are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Play card balances expire six months after the last use.
5. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian where required. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Amoeba staff.
6. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue any game or attraction in the interest of safety, maintenance, or operational requirements.
7. Amoeba is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of games, equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.
8. Management reserves the right to modify prices, offers, operating hours, game availability, and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9. Any dispute arising from the use of Amoeba services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. By purchasing or using an Amoeba play card or services, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
